Mark Butler, PhD. is a Learning Consultant and diversity and inclusion professional working on unceded Gadigal land in Sydney, Australia.

Neurodiverse, queer, mad, and bicultural, Mark designs practical training that celebrates diversity and fosters a sense belonging. Drawing from the evolving evidence base in inclusion and adult learning, Mark co-authors learning materials including authentic scenarios and reflective activities.

Mark has worked in tertiary education, small business, and state government to design learning that reduces psychological injury and fosters inclusion.
